Funky String Holder

This is a funky wooden string/ribbon/nylon/wool holder.  It stores the string inside, thread it through the funnel and then wrap around the spindle at the other side to stop it getting tangled.  The top of the lid has been broken of and there is a chip out of the lid edge.  I have hand burnt a flowing fern design around the middle and added burning to the lid.  Approximately 9cm in diameter, less the funnel and spindle, stands 16cm high.
